At Infinity Functional Performance, we specialize in optimizing health and performance through a comprehensive, root-cause approach. Our services include functional medicine, hormone management, peptide therapy, weight loss programs, and gut health optimization. We offer advanced diagnostic testing, including hormone panels, cardiac lab assessments, microbiome analysis, genetic testing, and more. Our integrated care extends to mental health services, including clinical psychology and EMDR therapy. We also partner with personal trainers to deliver a full-spectrum health package that ensures both short-term improvements and long-lasting results. Whether you’re looking to enhance physical performance, boost mental clarity, or achieve overall wellness, our customized solutions are designed to meet your unique health goals.

Functional medicine is a different way of looking at health that focuses on finding out what’s really going on inside your body, instead of just treating the symptoms you might feel. Imagine if you have a garden and some of your plants aren’t doing well. You wouldn’t just paint the leaves green to make them look better—you’d check the soil, see if they’re getting enough sunlight, and figure out what they need to actually grow strong. That’s how functional medicine works! We dig deep to find the root causes of health problems and then create a plan to help your body heal and get back in balance.

Functional medicine started because doctors realized that the traditional way of treating patients—where you get a pill for each symptom—wasn’t always enough to make people truly healthy. They saw that many people had chronic conditions that didn’t go away even with medication. So, they started exploring how different parts of the body work together and how things like diet, stress, and lifestyle play a big role in health. Functional medicine doctors use advanced testing to look at everything, from your gut health to your hormones, and then design a personalized plan to help you feel better for the long run.

As more people want to take control of their health and understand what’s happening in their bodies, functional medicine is becoming more popular. The future of medicine is moving toward personalized care—where doctors treat you based on your unique needs, not just your symptoms. Functional medicine is leading the way by focusing on prevention, helping you stay healthy and avoid problems before they start. As we learn more about how the body works, functional medicine is showing us that the key to long-term health is understanding the whole person, not just their symptoms. This approach is changing the way we think about medicine and helping more people live healthier, happier lives.

Gut health is like the foundation of a house—it supports everything else in your body. Your gut isn’t just where food is digested; it’s home to trillions of tiny organisms called the microbiome. These good bacteria and other microbes are like little helpers that do all kinds of important jobs. They help break down food, make vitamins, and even keep your immune system strong. But when the gut isn’t healthy, it can throw everything off balance, leading to problems in places you wouldn’t expect, like your hormones, heart, brain, and even how your body manages weight.

Your gut and hormones are closely connected. When the gut microbiome is out of balance, it can cause hormone issues, making you feel tired, moody, or even affect your metabolism, which controls your energy and weight. The gut also plays a role in cardiovascular health, influencing things like cholesterol levels and inflammation, which are important for keeping your heart strong. Even your mental health is tied to your gut—many of the “feel-good” chemicals like serotonin are actually made in your gut! So when your gut is healthy, it helps you stay happy and focused. Plus, when your digestion is smooth, it’s easier to maintain a healthy weight because your body can better absorb nutrients and process food.

To get a full picture of your gut health, we use advanced testing at Infinity Functional Performance. Microbiome gut testing tells us what’s going on with the bacteria in your gut, helping us see if anything is out of balance. We also perform SIBO testing, which looks for an overgrowth of bacteria in the small intestine that can cause bloating, discomfort, and digestive issues. Another important test is for intestinal permeability, often called “leaky gut.” This tells us if your gut lining is weak, which can let harmful things into your bloodstream and cause inflammation throughout the body.

By using these tests, we can understand what’s really happening in your gut and how it might be affecting your overall health. With this information, we can create a treatment plan that targets the root cause of your issues, helping you feel better from the inside out. When your gut is healthy, everything else in your body has a better chance of staying balanced, strong, and performing at its best.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) are both ways to help people feel better when their bodies aren’t making enough of certain hormones. Hormones are like messengers in your body that tell everything what to do—from helping you grow muscles to controlling your energy and mood. But as we get older, or sometimes due to health problems, our hormone levels can drop, making us feel tired, cranky, or just not like ourselves. This is where TRT and HRT come in to help!

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) is mostly for men who don’t have enough testosterone, the hormone that helps with things like building muscle, having energy, and feeling strong. Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is more general—it can be for both men and women and involves balancing not just testosterone but other important hormones like estrogen and progesterone, which are key for mood, sleep, and overall health. So while TRT focuses mainly on boosting testosterone levels, HRT looks at the bigger picture, helping to balance all the hormones in your body.

At our clinic, we offer one of the most comprehensive approaches to hormone management. This means we don’t just look at your symptoms and give you one-size-fits-all treatment. Instead, we carefully test your hormone levels, listen to your goals, and create a plan that’s perfect for you. The cool part is that hormone therapy can be delivered in different ways, depending on what works best for you. Some options include tiny pellets placed under the skin that release hormones slowly, subcutaneous injections (small shots), oral pills, or even creams you rub onto your skin. But it’s not just about the medicine—we also focus on diet and lifestyle changes to support your hormones naturally. When everything is balanced, you feel stronger, more focused, and just better overall.

Our goal is to help you feel your best by taking care of your hormones in a way that fits your life and health needs. Whether you need testosterone therapy or broader hormone management, we’re here to guide you every step of the way with a customized plan designed just for you.

Weight loss and maintaining a healthy lifestyle are two tenets that often walk hand in hand on the path to overall well-being. When embarking on a journey towards shedding excess weight, it is integral to remember that while the number on the scale is one measure of progress, it is not the only one. True success lies in forging a sustainable lifestyle that encompasses not just what we eat, but how we move, how we rest, and how we care for our mental and emotional health.

Adopting a holistic approach to weight loss involves addressing the root causes of unhealthy habits while also setting realistic and achievable goals. Crash diets and extreme exercise regimens may promise quick results, but they are often unsustainable and can be detrimental to both physical and mental health in the long run. Instead, focusing on gradual changes that promote a balanced and nutritious diet, regular physical activity, and adequate rest can lay a solid foundation for lasting success.

A key component of any successful weight loss journey is cultivating mindfulness in eating habits. This means being attuned to hunger and fullness cues, choosing whole and nutrient-dense foods, and practicing moderation in indulgences. Building a positive relationship with food can not only aid in weight management but also contribute to overall well-being and satisfaction.

In addition to mindful eating, incorporating regular physical activity is crucial for both weight loss and overall health. Finding activities that are enjoyable and sustainable can help foster a lifelong habit of movement. Whether it's brisk walking, cycling, dancing, or practicing yoga, the key is to stay active consistently and listen to your body's needs.

Equally important in the quest for a healthy lifestyle is prioritizing adequate rest and recovery. Quality sleep plays a vital role in weight management and overall health, as it impacts hormonal balance, metabolism, and cognitive function. Creating a bedtime routine, limiting screen time before bed, and ensuring a comfortable sleep environment are all steps that can promote restful sleep and support weight loss efforts.

Lastly, but certainly not least, is nurturing mental and emotional well-being as part of a holistic approach to weight loss and healthy living. Stress, anxiety, and negative self-talk can sabotage even the most well-intentioned efforts, so incorporating stress-reducing practices such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, or spending time in nature can be beneficial.

In conclusion, weight loss and a healthy lifestyle go beyond mere numbers on a scale or the latest diet trends. It is about embracing sustainable practices that nourish the body, mind, and soul. By cultivating mindfulness in eating, staying active, prioritizing rest, and caring for mental well-being, one can embark on a journey towards not just losing weight, but gaining a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Peptide Therapy

Peptides are naturally occurring short chains of amino acids that act as key messengers throughout the body. They help regulate many normal biological functions, including cellular communication, tissue repair, metabolism, and the body’s natural stress and recovery responses. Because of their role in these foundational processes, peptides have become a topic of interest in conversations about overall health and human performance.

One area where peptides play an important role is the body’s natural ability to repair and maintain muscle tissue. Many peptides participate in signaling pathways that support normal muscle recovery following physical activity, helping the body respond to training and everyday movement. By supporting healthy inflammation responses and natural tissue repair mechanisms, peptides contribute to general physical resilience and recovery.

Peptides are also essential for skin structure and hydration. As messengers involved in collagen and elastin dynamics, they help maintain the appearance of firm, smooth, and hydrated skin. This natural role has made peptides a common focus in skincare research exploring how the body sustains a youthful and vibrant complexion. Their antioxidant activity further supports the body’s ability to handle environmental and oxidative stressors.

Beyond physical wellness, peptides influence many aspects of cognitive health because they interact with systems that regulate mood, focus, memory, and mental clarity. While research is ongoing, peptides are recognized for their involvement in the body’s natural mechanisms that support cognitive performance and overall mental well-being.

Peptides also participate in pathways related to appetite signaling and energy balance. By helping the body naturally regulate hunger cues and metabolic processes, peptides play a supportive role in maintaining healthy weight-management habits and balanced energy levels.

Overall, peptides are a diverse and naturally occurring component of human biology. Their involvement in muscle repair, skin vitality, cognitive function, and metabolic balance makes them an important area of scientific study. As interest grows, research continues to explore how these naturally existing molecules contribute to a well-functioning, resilient body.

Mental health is just as important as taking care of your body. It’s like having a strong foundation for a building—when your mind is healthy, everything else in your life works better. At Infinity Functional Performance, we understand that mental health is connected to every part of your body. That’s why our team of licensed clinical psychologists and counselors is here to help people who are dealing with things like anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and addiction. We have special training in a therapy called EMDR, which is really good at helping people heal from tough experiences and past traumas.

What makes us different is that we don’t just look at the mind alone—we take a whole-body approach to mental health. This means we look at everything that could be affecting how you feel, like your genetics, hormone levels, sleep quality, gut health, and even how your body processes medications (pharmacogenomics). By understanding all these different factors, we can create a personalized plan that helps you feel better from the inside out.

Our mental health programs start with complete assessments to really get to the root of what’s going on. For example, did you know that your gut health can impact your mood? Or that your hormones can affect how you handle stress? We look at all of this because we know that mental health isn’t just about your thoughts—it’s connected to your whole body. With the right support, our goal is to help you build a strong foundation for your health journey, so you can feel balanced, resilient, and ready to take on whatever life brings your way.

  • My great experience started when I called IFP and Ashley answered the phone. She was amazing helping answering all questions and pointing me in the right direction. I had my appointment with Glen today and he truly knows what I needed and educated me on what to do to stay healthy and get the best results on my program. Finally Rosie at the facility drew my labs and she was amazing with no pain on discomfort. Thank you, N.S.

  • Dr. Eric is hands down the best Chiropractor i’ve ever visited. Definitely not the traditional pop, adjust and good bye. Yes, there was popping and adjusting but we had a very thorough movement assessment followed with some actual rehab movements to impossible my hip. My next plan is to do some blood work and i look forward to that experience and improving my body.

    L.P.

  • Dr. Eric is great. I was able to go in and get treatment on my first visit which was great because I originally went somewhere else first and they made me pay $69 just to get xrays and then after that they said i need to come back and pay $69 more after they create a treatment plan. But Dr. Eric is great i told him about my recent surgery and he was able to come up with a treatment plan in office with me on my first visit. He also showed me different stretches I can do to help with the pain i was experiencing. Both the stretching and adjustments helped me a lot. 10/10
