Kisspeptin-10

  • Kisspeptin-10 is a shorter peptide derivative of the KISS1 gene, playing a critical role in the regulation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis. It stimulates the release of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) from the hypothalamus, which in turn promotes the secretion of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) from the anterior pituitary gland. This cascade enhances the production of sex hormones like testosterone and estrogen, aiding in fertility, reproductive health, and hormonal balance. Kisspeptin-10 is also involved in regulating puberty and reproductive maturation.

    • Enhances reproductive function by stimulating the release of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH).

    • Improves fertility by promoting ovulation in women and testosterone production in men.

    • Regulates the menstrual cycle and improves reproductive health in women.

    • Supports healthy sexual function by regulating reproductive hormones.

    • May improve mood and reduce anxiety levels.

    • Enhances libido in both men and women.

    • Supports brain health by modulating cognitive functions related to reproduction.

    • Helps delay puberty in individuals with early-onset puberty.

    • May have anti-cancer properties, particularly in reproductive cancers.

    • No adverse impact on metabolic health or body weight.

    • Hypogonadism: Treats conditions related to low reproductive hormone levels.

    • Infertility: Promotes ovulation and improves fertility in women.

    • Testosterone Deficiency: Increases testosterone production in men with hypogonadism.

    • Delayed Puberty: Used to stimulate puberty in individuals with delayed sexual development.

    • Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS): Improves reproductive hormone regulation in women with PCOS.

    • Menstrual Irregularities: Helps regulate the menstrual cycle in women with irregular periods.

    • Low Libido: Increases sexual desire and improves sexual function in both men and women.

    • Anxiety Disorders: May reduce anxiety symptoms related to hormonal imbalances.

    • Prostate Cancer: Shows potential in modulating reproductive hormones in prostate cancer therapy.

    • Reproductive Health: General support of reproductive health, including hormone regulation and ovulation.
