Pregnyl
-
Pregnyl contains human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), a hormone produced during pregnancy. hCG mimics the action of luteinizing hormone (LH), which is involved in regulating the reproductive system. In men, Pregnyl stimulates the testes to produce testosterone and spermatogenesis by mimicking LH, which stimulates Leydig cells. In women, hCG triggers ovulation by acting on the ovaries and stimulating the release of a mature egg. Additionally, hCG supports the corpus luteum during the early stages of pregnancy by promoting progesterone production.
-
Promotes ovulation in women, improving fertility and chances of conception
Stimulates testosterone production in men, helping to maintain normal testosterone levels in cases of hypogonadism
Enhances sperm production and improves fertility outcomes in men with oligospermia or other fertility issues
Supports luteal phase during assisted reproduction, improving pregnancy outcomes in IVF cycles
Helps in the descent of undescended testes in boys, preventing future complications associated with cryptorchidism
Assists in regulating reproductive hormone levels, promoting normal puberty development in boys with delayed puberty
Boosts energy levels, muscle mass, and libido in men by supporting natural testosterone production
Aids in body composition improvement by promoting fat metabolism and preserving lean muscle mass (off-label use in weight loss protocols)
Improves progesterone production in women, supporting early pregnancy and reducing miscarriage risk
May be used in conjunction with other fertility treatments to improve the overall success rate of conception
-
Induction of ovulation in women with infertility due to anovulation
Treatment of hypogonadism in men to stimulate testosterone production
Stimulation of spermatogenesis in men with infertility
Supporting the luteal phase in assisted reproductive technology (ART) cycles
Treatment of delayed puberty in boys with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism
Induction of testicular descent in boys with cryptorchidism (undescended testes)
Maintenance of progesterone levels during the first trimester of pregnancy in certain high-risk pregnancies
Enhancement of testosterone production in men undergoing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)
Weight loss protocols (off-label use) by boosting testosterone levels and supporting fat metabolism
Adjunct therapy for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) to trigger ovulation
